Operation procedures
1. Start-up phase
The first step is to turn on the power switches for the dust collector, air compressor, and fan. The second step is to turn on the main power, press the travel button, and then sequentially turn on the two shot blasting motor buttons on the shot blasting machine. At this stage, pay attention to whether the shot blasting machine rotates in the direction indicated by the arrow. If it rotates in the opposite direction, turn off the power and adjust the cable connector between the main machine and the dust collector.
2. Use phase
After turning on the machine, hold the walking handrail firmly, observe the ammeter, and slowly adjust the sand release switch. The road shot blasting machine will start operating. Remember, it is prohibited to drive the shot blasting machine in reverse while the sand release process is ongoing.
3. Shutdown phase
First, turn off the sand release switch, then turn off the shot blasting machine and the travel motor, and finally turn off the main machine and the dust collector.
