Working Principle
Under the force of gravity, the shot flows from the storage hopper through the shot flow pipe into the high-speed rotating shot wheel. The shot wheel propels the shot into the directional sleeve and ejects it from the sleeve's outlet, directing the shot toward the high-speed rotating blades. Driven by the blades, the shot is further accelerated and released as a fan-shaped flow beam. The blasting head uses centrifugal force to propel the shot onto the floor surface, effectively cleaning and strengthening it. After impact, the shot, along with debris, falls into the recovery hopper. The recovery and separation system removes impurities, allowing the clean shot to return to the storage hopper for reuse.
