Daily Maintenance And Upkeep Of Mobile Shot Blasting Machines

(1) Check whether the fixing bolts on the shot blasting machine and shot blasting machine motor are loose.
(2) Wear the wear-resistant parts inside the shot blasting machine and replace them in a timely manner.
(3) Are all maintenance doors closed.
(4) Whether there is any air leakage in the dust removal pipeline, and whether there is dust or breakage in the filter bag of the dust collector.
(5) Check for any buildup on the filter screen in the separator and promptly remove it.
(6) Is the electrically controlled shot valve closed.
(7) Wear and tear of the protective plate inside the shot blasting room.
(8) Is the status of each limit switch normal.
(9) Is the signal light on the console working properly.
(10) Clean the dust on the electrical control box.
