(1) Check for any looseness in the fixing bolts on the motor of the shot blasting machine, and tighten them promptly if necessary.
(2) What is the wear condition of the wear-resistant parts in the equipment and does it need to be replaced.
(3) Is there any air leakage in the pipeline, is there any blockage in the dust collector, and is there any accumulation on the filter screen of the separator.
(4) How is the wear of the protective plate and can the limit switch be used normally.
(5) Can the indicator light display normally? Is there any dust on the electrical control box? If so, it should be cleaned in a timely manner.
