Working Principle
Usually, the impeller of the shot blaster is driven by a motor to rotate at high speed. Under centrifugal force, the projectile enters the shot wheel from the center of the impeller and is then thrown out through the directional sleeve window. It is picked up and accelerated by the high-speed rotating blades, forming a fan-shaped flow beam that impacts the surface to be treated and removes impurities. The projectiles and impurities are then separated by the recovery and separation system, allowing the projectiles to be recycled.
