Precautions for Operating Mobile Shot Blasting Machines

Precautions for Operating Mobile Shot Blasting Machines
When using a mobile shot blasting machine, operators should follow specific guidelines to ensure safety during the work process. Operators should pay attention to the following:
1. Operators must wear appropriate protective gear; working without it is strictly prohibited. During operation, abrasive particles strike the surface being cleaned, which can cause particles to ricochet or scatter; a lack of protective equipment puts the operator at risk of injury.
2. Before adding or recovering abrasive particles, the dust collector fan must be turned on first.
3. Periodically activate the pulse-jet dust cleaning system to remove accumulated dust. After the machine stops operating, the dust-clearing airflow should continue for approximately 30 seconds.
4. Switches should be engaged gradually; do not turn on multiple control switches simultaneously within a short period, as this can cause an excessive current surge and damage the electrical system.
5. Regularly inspect and clean the machine's wear parts; the shot blasting machine itself requires periodic cleaning and maintenance.
6. When using the machine, do not stand directly in front of it. Do not attempt to touch or repair the machine before the power is turned off, and always prioritize personal safety.
7. Be mindful of potholes or uneven surfaces on the road or work area while using the machine.
