Safety precautions for operation of shot blasting machine

1. It is prohibited to operate the shot blasting machine without protective equipment.
When adding or recycling iron sand, the dust removal fan, horizontal screw, bucket elevator, and vertical screw must be turned on first.
3. Periodically activate the dust removal pulse blowback to remove dust. Extend the dust removal pulse blowback time for 30 minutes after shutdown.
4. It is prohibited to continuously turn on various control switches in a state with short intervals. Prevent excessive current from burning out the instrument.
5. Regularly check the wear of all wear-resistant parts and clean the garbage at the filter screen and ball valve.
During the lifting process, do not place your body under the component, try to avoid the direction of the component falling, and pay attention to lifting safety.
7. Pay attention to slipping and falling injuries.
