(1) Anti-skid treatment of asphalt pavement The impact of the surface roughness of highway pavement on traffic cannot be ignored. (2) Cleaning the road surface
Due to climatic conditions, there is often oily asphalt on highways and expressways. Therefore, in order to ensure the normal driving of vehicles, the ground shot blasting machine can directly eliminate the surface flooding of the asphalt pavement and improve the anti-skid performance caused by flooding.
(3) Cleaning of road markings
Cleaning road markings is also a headache. Easily remove marking lines, especially cleaning cold paint markings and cleaning and cleaning surfaces such as municipal pedestrian streets.
(4) Road surface roughening and cleaning
Pretreatment with a road shot blasting machine/ground polishing road particle machine can increase the roughness of the road surface, greatly increasing the durability of the slurry sealing structure; when using resin materials to cover the surface, shot blasting can greatly improve the combined strength of the resin-covered surface and the original base layer.
(5) Removal of rubber tracks on airport runways
Aircraft taking off and landing at high speeds on airport runways will leave marks on the runway. The rubber marks of tires will affect the safety of aircraft takeoff and landing. The shot blasting machine can set the cleaning speed and cleaning depth according to the different conditions of the runway. The cleaned surface is neat and beautiful. Especially in winter, construction will not be affected.
(6) Cleaning steel surfaces, ship decks, steel box bridge decks, and oil drilling rigs.
The road shot blasting machine can remove scale, rust and rough surfaces of ship decks, steel box bridge decks, oil drilling platforms, chemical tanks, ship inner surfaces and steel plate surfaces. The roughness level is Sa2.5-3.0, which fully meets the pretreatment requirements of anti-corrosion coatings or heavy anti-corrosion coatings.
