What are the differences between a road shot blasting machine and a sandblasting machine?

A road shot blasting machine, also known as a mobile shot blasting machine, mainly consists of a mobile dust collector, a shot collection trolley, pipes connecting the main unit and the dust collector, and steel shot.

Road shot blasting machine accessories include:

1. Shot collection trolley: Used to collect abrasive materials such as steel shot and steel grit scattered during construction, utilizing the principle of strong magnetism.

2. Brush: Used as a sealing device between the bottom blasting head and the ground.

3. Shot blasting equipment accessories: Includes directional sleeve, impeller, side guard plates, curved guard plates, and top guard plate.

4. Motor belt.

5. Air duct: The connecting pipe between the main unit and the dust collector.

6. Support trolley: A support trolley at the bottom of the air duct, facilitating its movement.

Road shot blasting machine processing principle: A road shot blasting machine is a mechanically related machine, generally used for surface treatment of workpieces. Similar machines include sandblasting machines and shot blasting machines. Here, we mainly distinguish between shot blasting machines and sandblasting machines. Shot blasting machines propel shot from a distance onto the surface of a workpiece; this process is called shot blasting cleaning. Shot blasting can be used to remove molding sand and core debris from parts containing impurities; it can also be used on casting, forging, welding, and heat-treated parts to remove surface defects such as skin, nodules, oxide films, and rust; it can be used on steel and various profiles for pre-treatment; it can be used to strengthen components bearing variable pressure, such as springs, leaf springs, and gears, by relieving pressure and improving surface fatigue limits; and it can be used to enhance the color of electrical appliance components or kitchenware surfaces. However, from a process category perspective, shot blasting is limited to a single removal process aimed at removing casting, forging, welding, and heat-treated parts; the shot blasting discussed here falls into this category.
