1. The unevenness of the working surface is less than 20mm; No standing water and relatively dry; Slope<25 °.
2. Environmental temperature: -20℃ to 60℃; The surface temperature of the steel plate is above 3℃ above the dew point.
3. Humidity: a. The relative humidity during steel surface shot blasting should not exceed 90%. b. The relative humidity during concrete shot blasting should not exceed 95%.
4. Altitude: 0-3000m; Do not operate in rainy or snowy weather.
5. Work efficiency: 200-400 square meters per hour.
Working on steel plate: Steel plate quality grade SA 2.5 to SA3 Speed: SA2.5 is about 4 meters per minute; Speed: SA3 is about 3 meters per minute, with an hourly processing area of SA2.5 level, approximately 75-100 square meters per hour.
