Operating Procedures And Precautions For Road Shot Blasting Machine

Proper operation of equipment is beneficial for stable and efficient operation. The daily precautions for road shot blasting machines are as follows:
1. Before starting construction at the new site, it is necessary to inspect all connecting wires, including aviation plugs, to ensure that the connections are secure and error free.
2. Inspect the vacuum cleaner duct and reinforce the connection with sealing tape to achieve the best sealing performance.
3. Before sealing the connecting pipe with sealing tape, attention should be paid to whether the wind butterfly valve of the vacuum cleaner is in the open state.
4. Turn on the vacuum cleaner, first determine whether the phase is correct by turning the air compressor. If the phase is incorrect, please turn off the main power switch of the vacuum cleaner control cabinet, and then adjust the phase correctly by rotating the phase modulation and reverse switch of the vacuum cleaner control cabinet.
5. Check the wear level of the polishing head inside the main body of the shot blasting machine through a rubber sand guide tube. If the wear is severe, it should be replaced immediately to avoid damaging the polishing head and breaking the top guard plate.
